Returns and Replacements
Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return due to damaged products.
To process a replacement request, customers must provide photographic proof of damage. Once the damage has been verified, we will dispatch a replacement product.
Products are non-refundable once they have been dispatched.
If an order has not yet been dispatched, customers may request a cancellation and refund.
