Returns and Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photographs of the damaged product

Once we review and verify the damage, we will arrange to dispatch a replacement product as soon as possible.
Please note that replacement requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Refunds
Orders are non-refundable once the product has been dispatched.
However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation and refund. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 days after the order is placed, so refund requests must be made before shipment.
